Senior Early Intervention Teacher

Grace is a dedicated early interventionist and learning support educator with extensive experience working with children aged 2 to 7 years old with a variety of learning and developmental needs. She has worked in both early intervention setting and mainstream preschool settings, gaining an understanding and expertise on inclusivity as well as individualised intervention. She has also worked with various parents, focusing on empowering and coaching parents to carry out intervention in their home settings.

An advocate for individuals with special needs and she believes in the unique potential in every individual. With eight years of experience in the early development and intervention field, she is dedicated to fostering independence and growth in children, empowering them to become lifelong learners. She takes pride in facilitating family growth and fostering effective collaboration within interdisciplinary teams. She is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
