Jia Wen began her career in hospitals, where she gained invaluable experience working with individuals facing communication and swallowing challenges. This deepened her understanding of the emotional and psychological aspects of therapy, allowing her to provide not just clinical expertise, but also heartfelt support for clients and their families. She takes the time to listen, build trust, and create a safe space where both children and adults feel heard, respected, and motivated.

Her expertise spans both adult rehabilitation—helping clients regain speech and swallowing abilities—and paediatric communication—guiding children to express their needs, thoughts, and emotions. No matter the age, Jia Wen finds joy in seeing her clients grow in confidence and communication.

With experience in hospitals, schools, and private practice, she has worked alongside multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with teachers, psychologists, and other therapists to provide holistic, family-cantered care. Her diverse background allows her to offer well-rounded, personalized therapy for a wide range of communication needs.

Outside of work, Jia Wen enjoys quality time with her family and friends—especially when she’s cooking up a delicious, hearty meal to share!
