Megan is a licensed Occupational Therapist recognized by the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore. Her professional journey began at Singapore General Hospital (SGH), where she garnered extensive experience in acute hospital and outpatient rehabilitation contexts. Her role entails comprehensive assessment and tailored management strategies for a wide spectrum of patients, each presenting unique goals and obstacles. Collaborating closely with patients and their families, Megan facilitates access to assistive technology, delivers caregiver training, and coordinates both physical and cognitive rehabilitation efforts.
After she has left SGH, Megan continued developing her proficiency in a paediatric clinic, addressing developmental issues like ASD, ADHD, GDD, Dyspraxia, and Dyslexia among children, she adeptly navigates various settings including schools, clinics, and homes. Her goal is to facilitate the generalization of learned skills to enhance the overall quality of life for her young clients. Collaborating closely with families, she focuses on nurturing each child’s physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities, encompassing areas such as handwriting, emotional regulation, and activities of daily living.
