Richelle is an accomplished educator with 13 years of experience working with children and adolescents with special needs.
Her expertise spans a range of conditions, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Down Syndrome, and intellectual disabilities, in diverse settings across the Philippines, Indonesia, and Singapore. Exposure to various curriculum designs, cultures, and backgrounds has enabled her to create inclusive learning environments tailored to each learner’s needs, empowering countless students to grow both academically and personally.
Richelle’s academic credentials reflect her commitment to professional growth and excellence in special education. She holds a Master of Arts in Education specializing in Teaching Children with Intellectual Disabilities and is a Registered Behavior Technician as well as an International Behavior Therapist. Utilizing an Applied Behavior Analysis approach in her teaching and behavior modification, these qualifications, combined with her in-depth understanding of educational and behavioral strategies, enable Richelle to provide personalized, evidence-based support that positively impacts her students’ lives. Her strong foundation in behavior management and individualized education strategies is effectively applied across diverse teaching roles.
