Hui Xin is an Accredited Dietitian of Singapore Nutrition and Dietetics Association (SNDA). She graduated with First-class Honors in Bachelor of Science (Dietetics). She is a well-presented, self-motivated and confident dietitian with more than 10 years of clinical experience working in both restructured and private hospitals including Singapore General Hospital, Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital and St Luke’s Community Hospital. She has outstanding dietetic knowledge in specific clinical areas including weight management, diabetes, rehabilitation, oncology, nephrology and gastroenterology.
Hui Xin also has great interest in childhood nutrition and has extensive experience in handling picky eaters, underweight children, children with food allergies as well as children with excess weight issue. She also works closely with Feeding Therapists to manage tube feeding transitions. She is also a mother of 2 young kids with the passion of educating and coaching parents and children to adopt healthier eating habits. She strongly believes that parents have strong influence on a kid’s eating behaviour and early-life experiences with healthy foods will promote healthy eating.
She has great passion in empowering people to adopt healthy diet and lifestyle so that they can live a longer live to fulfill their dreams. She advocates for the importance of nutrition through media interview and community health events.
