Yi Lin

Yi Lin’s passion for empowering children to reach their full potential shines through her work in hospital, with EIPIC schools, and clinics, where she’s witnessed the profound impact of early intervention. Specializing in children from infancy to adolescence, she’s adept at supporting those with a range of needs, from mild to complex conditions. She is also involved in the development of the Early Childhood Holistic Outcomes (ECHO) framework, contributing directly to the training and coaching of early intervention professionals in EIPIC centres across Singapore.

Her expertise extends to assessing and treating gross motor delay, global developmental delay, complex medical/ neurological conditions, development coordination disorder, cerebral palsy, orthopaedic conditions such as torticollis, plagiocephaly, clubfoot, and gait abnormalities such as in-toeing, out-toeing, knock knees. She is also competent in the intricate world of neonatal care, having worked in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, and High Dependency wards as well as the outpatient clinics dedicated to caring of the very low birth weight (birth weight <1500g). What truly sets Yi Lin apart is her holistic approach, valuing collaboration with fellow healthcare professionals and educators to tailor care to each child’s unique journey.

Throughout her career, Yi Lin is deeply honoured to have received prestigious awards including the Gold Medal from the Singapore Health Quality Service Awards and the Service from the Heart Award. These accolades reflect her unwavering dedication to delivering exceptional care to every child and family she works with. Beyond her profession, Yi Lin is a loving mother of two, further fuelling her dedication to working with children and families. With her expertise and compassionate approach, she’s here to support your child’s development every step of the way.
