Zanel Lee

Zanel earned her Masters of Education (Special Education) from Flinders University (Adelaide, South Australia).
She has more than 17 years of experience, working in a variety of school settings and has gained experience in different roles in the field. As an educator, Zanel strongly believes in establishing warm and respectful relationships with her students, so that they feel safe, and heard, in the learning environment. She loves creating spaces that invite exploration, and provide opportunities for students to challenge, and express themselves.
As a leader, Zanel believes in creating an environment of trust and collaboration where the team feels valued, heard, and encouraged to contribute in their unique way. She sees every individual team member’s unique strengths and helps to unlock their potential by providing support and opportunities for development and growth.
