BEATRICE TEO
Director
Beatrice is the Director of Amazing Speech Therapy, HeadStart for Life and TeleHope Speech Therapy. After graduating from Australia in 2011, she started her journey in National University Hospital (NUH) where she found her passion in helping patients improve on their communication and swallowing difficulties. She moved on to a private hospital and community setting working with both children and adults before starting Amazing Speech Therapy in 2016.
Beatrice specializes in dysphagia management and is known to achieve success in even the most complex cases and is trusted by many renowned doctors and healthcare professionals. Additionally, she is also well known for her innovative approaches in addressing gaps and pushing boundaries in her industry.
In 2020, Beatrice was awarded National Council of Social Services (NCSS) 40 under 40 leaders in Singapore. In 2021, she also won the ASEAN Business Award and was a finalist in the President’s Challenge Social Enterprise Award. Beatrice continues to receive support from raiSE, SG Enable and Tote Board to provide opportunities for the less fortunate to access therapy services.
Under her leadership, Amazing Speech Therapy, Headstart for Life and TeleHope Speech Therapy continues to strive for excellence to provide high quality services to our patients and a nurturing environment for our staff.
