MICAELA ARRIOLA
Speech Therapist
Micaela is a registered Speech and Language Therapist with the Allied Health Professionals Council (AHPC) in Singapore. She earned her master’s degree in Speech Pathology Studies from the University of Queensland, after completing her Bachelors in Linguistic at the National University of Singapore.
During her time in Australia, Micaela had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of people across settings such as hospitals, home and telehealth. Micaela is committed to understanding each individual’s needs and providing evidence-based therapy.
After joining AST, Micaela continues to pursue her passion in working with children with special needs, developmental delays and communication difficulties. Her bubbly personality allows her to build rapport with her little clients. Having experience in Speech and Drama, she is also passionate about making learning fun, engaging and interactive. Micaela also believes in working closely with caregivers and families, empowering them to achieve and sustain therapy goals.
When not thinking of the next new game or memorising nursery rhymes, Micaela enjoys exercising, watching reality TV shows and getting her next coffee fix!
